HALDERMAN REAL ESTATE SELLS 2,350 ACRES AT ABSOLUTE AUCTION
Warrick County Indiana Land Sells for $11,255,000

Wabash, IN: The Warrick County 4-H Center came alive when the Halderman Real Estate auction crew
arrived in Boonville, IN ready to sell 2,350 crop acres, a commercial building, improved pastures and a farm
headquarters. The farm was divided into 26 tracts and was sold using an absolute auction. The anticipation
rose as a large crowd filled the room and 63 bidders and over 80 spectators took their seats.

The competitive bidding was creative with potential buyers using multiple combinations to achieve their
goals. The auction continued for several hours and ended with 10 buyers purchasing the tract or combination
of tracts that they desired. The total sales price was $11,255,000.

“Our team did an exceptional job reaching the local Warrick County market, attracting investors from
Evansville and Louisville as well as bidders from across the US and abroad. All of them came together in
one room to create a dynamic bidding experience” stated Pat Karst, Vice President of Halderman Real
Estate Services. “It was exciting to work with such a diverse property and an honor to represent the
Hendrickson family.”
